⪻ General Conduct ⪼
⪼ 18+ Venue
━ Any NSFW belongs in /t or /p chat. If any NSFW leaks into say chat you will be warned, any following offense & you will be asked to leave.
⪼ No discrimination, harassment, bullying, etc.
━ If you are found to be violating this policy you will be asked to leave.
━ Be sure you are obtaining consent for any RP scenarios in advance. If you spring something on our staff without consent & make them uncomfortable, you will be asked to leave. This applies to paid reservations as well.
━ We do not issue refunds of services in cases of harassment or boundaries being crossed.
⪼ Be Respectful
━ Any violation of our rules will result in a warning from staff.
━ Minor offenses will be met with a three strike system ending in blacklist from the venue.
━ Major offenses will result in immediate expulsion from the venue & depending on severity, blacklisted.
⪼ No MSQ spoilers allowed in say chat
⪼ Keep flashy/loud emotes & moon magic to a minimum
⪼ Set emote log to not show in chat
━ Refrain from spamming chat with your emote log, or being a general nuisance. Learn how to turn it off here.
⪼ Refrain from using /shout or /yell channels
━ These channels are reserved for staff members to make important announcements periodically during operating hours.
⪻ Roleplaying ⪼
⪼ Our doors are open 24/7 for RP
━ NPCs are set up throughout the venue so you can come & roleplay even when staff is not on the clock.
⪼ Your character, your consequences
━ You are in control of your character & their actions. Understand in character actions do have in character consequences you are responsible for your own fun.
⪼ Keep in character (IC) & out of character (OOC) separate
━ The most common way to speak OOC is by placing your speech in (( )) double brackets. The staff will consider this out of character & will respond in kind, otherwise you'll be assumed to be IC.
━ People are not their characters. Character vs Character drama should never be met with OOC hostility.
⪼ Minions are not allowed
━ Minions take up a slot that someone else could be using to be inside the venue. This can cause a problem because venue's have a max user amount. If you're asked to put the minion away, please respect our staff & do so. This is a food venue. ;)
━ If a minion is needed for an RP let a staff member know & we'll see if we can accommodate.

━ If no one is approaching you for RP & you see someone you might like to interact with, feel free to send a tell.
⪼ Missed Posts
━ In any venue or roleplay space posts can be scrolled quickly by other messages. If you think someone missed your post, please send them a whisper.
━ Our staff will usually default to /say for RP, but if you'd prefer to RP in /tell they will follow your lead.
⪼ Powergaming, God-modding, & Metagaming is NOT allowed
⪼ Consent is key
━ Both SFW & NSFW should always include OOC consent. Including screenshots, sharing private information & the use of other's personal spaces (Malicious Consent Violations will result in an automatic Ban).

⪻ Pricing & Expectations ⪼
Only rooms highlighted as "Available to Rent" can be rented. Other public room owners have not given consent to be featured.
⪻ Private Rooms ⪼
75,000g per hr
The rental cost is for the room as is, as the availability allows. If you require anything in the room changed the room owner will be contacted with the requests before payment is taken.There is a staff member assigned to monitor un-privatized rooms. If you ever have any issues with someone invading your rented space please let staff know so we can address the issue.If requested, once all parties have entered the rented room, the owner can change estate settings to private, if anyone leaves the room however they will not be able to reenter.

The rental costs includes either the Speakeasy, or the Café.A staff member will wait in the venue for all guests to arrive & then set the estate to private.
If you would like our staff to work the venue it will be on a volunteer basis. If you want a specific staff member there who does not volunteer you may give them a tip to work the night. They have the right to decline.Physical item food costs will be charged separately per menu pricing.Please be aware that we cannot keep our FC members from entering the building as some have private housing in the location. They will be instructed not to interrupt any event in progress.
We can decline & recant any rental for any reason. If we recant a rental & the fee has already been paid, a refund will be given other than non refundable scenarios listed in our venue rules
